Arise Integrative Health and Wellness is a patient centered Integrative and Functional Medicine practice dedicated to whole person healing. We specialize in addressing the root cause of chronic and autoimmune illnesses through personalized evidenced based care that honors the connection between mind, body and spirit. 

Founded by Dr. Caron Drake RN, DFM-C, Arise was created to serve individual seeking a more comprehensive approach to health and wellness. With over 20 years of experience and advanced doctoral training in Functional and Holistic Medicine, Dr. Drake blends clinical expertise with compassionate care to support patients navigating chronic conditions , autoimmune disease, inflammation, stress-related illnesses and metabolic imbalances.

At Arise, we go beyond symptom management. Our Integrative care model combines functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, stress regulation, mind-body support along with your current treatments to create individualized treatment plans. Each visi is grounded in deep listening, collaboration and respect for your lived experience. It is your body after all!
